Prices include maid service twice daily, all towels and linens, soaps and shampoos, and access to all of the resort restaurants and amenities.

All-inclusive packages may be booked directly through the Resort Concierge Department after guests have received their Resort Confirmation from us. All-inclusive packages cover most food and alcohol, with upcharges for some very premium liquors. Prices are as follows:

  • Adults (18 and over): $112.00 per adult per day
  • Children (ages 13-17): $80.00 per child per day
  • Children (ages 4-12): $35.00 per child per day
  • Children (ages 3 and under): Free if the rest of their family books the all-inclusive packages.

All-inclusive packages may only be booked for a minimum of 4 days or more.

Transportation may also be arranged with the Resort Concierge Department after guests have received their Resort Confirmation from us. The price is $69.00 US for a van that fits 10 people plus luggage.

Payment & Cancellations

We accept payment by personal check, PayPal, wire transfer, or by check issued by your credit card company or bank. We require a down payment of half upon sending the Resort Confirmation to the Guest. The Guest may then verify the authenticity of the Confirmation by calling the Resort Concierge Department directly. The final balance will be due no later than 30 days before check-in date.

We usually require 60 days notice of cancellation but will do our very best to re-rent the unit and reimburse the customer if an emergency cancellation is necessary. Reimbursement amount will depend on the amount that we receive if we are able to re-rent the unit.
